Ok, ok….so I've officially messed up….
I was doing so well with this whole fitness challenge thing; even during my weeks of illness last month, and now this past week was one royal mess up for me! I slacked off and failed to meet my workout requirements. So…I'm 'officially' out of the challenge now…boo hoo for me…
However, the Challenge (so far) has successfully inspired what it was set up to do as the fitness bug has infected my system and I intend to continue to lead a very active and healthy lifestyle/routine. If no one minds, I'd like to still post my work outs on here in order to stay connected with our inspiring fitness community.
Here are my pitiful posts for the week:
Monday - 45 min cardio (elip/bike), 15 circuit
…and….that was it. It was a lovely week off! Keep going every one…you're doing great!!
